specific exercise workouts into the
following areas: Lower body, Upper body,
Injury Prevention, Back Strength,
Biceps, Triceps, and Grip Strength and
includes an explanation of the specifics
of the weight training system along with
weekly and daily plans for implementing
and coordinating all three phases of the
hockey strength and conditioning
